Et le 7ème jour, Dieu créa les chaines de cafés américaines. Les Starbucks c'est un peu comme les chinois, quand il y en a un quelque part, les autres suivent. (rien contre les chinois, j'adore les Starbucks). L'ambiance tellement cosy nous donne l'impression d'être chez soi, assis dans un bon gros fauteuil. Le café fumant et l'odeur de cannelle. L'envie d'être à New-York, d'avoir son petit notebook et d'écrire des romans, et que la neige tombe derrière les grandes fenêtres. Ca c'est l'ambiance Starbucks. Et puis il y a Dunkin Donuts, moins confortable, mais plus coloré, le Dunkin, c'est pour l'été. Tout est rose, et le sucre glace d'un petit donut à la pomme cannelle reste sur le coin de lèvre. Un petit Bubble tea et on quitte l'air conditionné. Starbucks l'hiver, Dunkin l'été.

Bubble tea and the chewy steamed donut

And the 7th day, God created the americain coffee chains. The Starbucks coffees, it's a bit like chinese people: when you have one somewhere, the others are not far.(nothing against chinese, i love Starbucks). The mood is so comfy that we feel home, sitting in a bit chubby chair. Steaming coffee and the smell of cinnamon. The terrible will to be in New York, to get my notebook and write books, and to see snow falling through the big windows. This is the Starbucks mood. And then, there is Dunkin Donuts. Less comfy, but more colorful.Dunkin, it's for summertime. Everything is pink, and the icing sugar of a small apple-cinnamon donut stays on your lips. Grab a bubble tea and leave the AC. Starbucks in  the winter, Dunkin in the summer.
