Soyons bagel

Il est petit et rond, il nous rappelle New York et sent l'oignon. Dit comme ça, c'est très tentant je vous l'accorde. Et pourtant, le Bagel est le sandwich à la mode en ce moment. Entre le pain bretzel et le hamburger il a ce petit je-ne-sais quoi qui fait tout son charme. Peut-être parce qu'il nous fait penser à ce cliché des américains over busy qui ont l'air tellement cool dans leurs suits avant d'aller à Wall Street(je viens d'atteindre le quota de mots anglais). Il est chic et simple. Il donne l'impression du jeune cadre dynamique et donc, c'est sexy. Et puis il a cette forme d'anneau, qui lui donne un air plus pur que le simple hamburger, ce petit trou de calories qui rassure.

It is small and round, it reminds us of New York and smells like onion. Put like that, of course it doesn't sound tempting. And yet, the bagel is the trendy sandwich in france. Between the bread of the pretzel and the bun, it has this I-dont-know-what that makes it charming, well, delightful . maybe because for us, french people, it is the cliché of the over busy american guy, looking so cool in his suit and going to wall street (big time cliché right?). It is chic and so simple. It gives the impression to be a young and dynamic executive thus, its sexy. And it has this ring shape, which gives a impression of purity (im not crazy, im just in love with bagels), maybe this hole in the middle tells us that at least, there, there is no calories.  The calorie hole that makes you feel better.
